Dmitriy project-managed the complete renovation of my four bedroom, two bathroom flat in St John's Wood. We were impressed with the work of Sanico Building Services when we saw them doing the loft conversion of our neighbour. Both the design and the workmanship were of good standard. The entire project ran smoothly and most problems were dealt with professionally and with good anticipation. What was notable was that there were no long tea breaks and other void periods.
